Responsibilities :

1. Review all complaints that are not resolved to the satisfaction of the patient or the patient advocate by the staff present.
2. Guide their Patient Relations Department in providing written responses to unresolved grievances after the initial patience relations response to the patient or the patients advocate.
3. Investigate grievances, as appropriate.
4. Determine an appropriate resolution.
5. Identify and prioritise opportunities to improve patient and family experiences.
